Specific deliverables, service level agreements (SLAs), and project scopes are governed by individual Statement of Work (SOW) documents executed between Neptune TechZone and our clients.

When using our Services, you agree to:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neptune TechZone, its directors, employees, or partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Services.
• Any unauthorized access, alteration, or use of your transmissions or data.

Our total liability for any claim under these Terms, including for any implied warranties, is limited to the amount you paid us to use the Services in the past twelve months.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision.

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of Kathmandu, Nepal.
